VA Group Unveils Al Yazan to Oman's Leading Real Estate Partners at the National Museum

The first release of Phase One offers 169 freehold ITC residences, developed in partnership with OMRAN Group

VA Group, the international real estate developer, has presented Al Yazan, its landmark waterfront development in Muttrah, to Oman's leading brokers and real estate agencies at an exclusive partner event held at the National Museum of Oman. Developed in partnership with OMRAN Group as part of the Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront Masterplan, Al Yazan brings freehold living to one of Oman's most historic waterfronts.

The event introduced broker partners to Al Yazan's vision, design and positioning within Muscat's evolving real estate landscape. The National Museum was chosen as the venue to reflect the project's connection to Oman's heritage and its commitment to honouring the cultural spirit of Muttrah.
