VA Group partners with OMRAN Group for strategic development projects

VA Group, an international real estate developer, signed two strategic agreements with OMRAN Group, a state-owned developer and operator of the tourism sector of the Sultanate of Oman.

The first agreement concerns Muttrah Waterfront Development marking the launch of the development for this flagship destination. The second agreement covers the beachfront development of Yiti Integrated Tourism Complex, one of the largest planned tourism destinations in Sultanate of Oman and the wider region.

VA Group plans to develop two mixed-use clusters with high-quality apartments and villas, featuring state-of-the-art public spaces, waterfront promenades, parks, sports facilities, upscale retail and leisure destinations. The projects will offer vibrant and sensitive environments designed to honor Oman’s natural beauty and to enhance the quality of life for guests and residents.
